An emergency assistance
• In instances where our tie-up International Insurance Company policy holders visiting Sri Lanka require urgent medical attention and request our assistance, we make immediate arrangements to obtain fast and effective medical attention and care, particularly in emergency situations as Indoor patients as well as Outdoor patients.
• In emergencies, a 24 hours ground Ambulance Service accompanied by competent doctors and nurses, where necessary, Hospitalization in appropriate recognized medical institutions. Arrange Air transport, if necessary.
Medical Report
• IMCS professionally monitors the hospitalized patients.
Our doctors confer with the treating doctors and supply the best care for patients. They assess the patient’s condition and progress throughout the period of hospital admission.
• IMCS provides daily medical reports to the concerned family, organization or assistance company on the patient’s condition, what are the treatments and what further action might be required.
Coverage
• IMCS works with almost all the leading Tourist Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and provides valuable medical services for their In – Hotel Guests.
• Provide at very short notice competent medical doctors to visit patients in Tourist Hotels, Resorts, Guest Houses, or any other location in Sri Lanka.

On visiting or contacting (i.e. Phone, Fax, E-mail) our office, medical information would be provided free of charge regarding the following.
• Available medical facilities and hospitals in Sri Lanka
• Tropical diseases in Asian countries
• Required prophylaxis in Asian countries
• Available and needed immunization in Sri Lanka
• Common medical problems for foreign visitors in Sri Lanka
Fraudulent Claims / Investigation
In instances where disputes or problems occur between international Insurance Companies or international Medical Insurance Policy Holders and Sri Lankan local authorities (medical or others) or where fraudulent claims are submitted by international policy holders, on request, we could investigate these matters on a mutually agreed fee and provide factual and true reports regarding those claims or incidences.
